Daily Tonic
oatstraw+lemon balm
Tonics are herbs infused for several hours, taken daily, and used for therapeutic purposes. Tonic herbs work through their high vitamin and mineral content. Oatstraw is rich in vitamins A, C, E, K, & B-complex and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, silica, and zinc. Lemonbalm contains magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium as well as vitamin C.
Infuse 3-4 tablespoons of Daily Tonic herbs in 1 quart of boiling water. Let it steep for 2 to 4 hours, strain, and drink throughout the day!
